I scheduled Azure certification exam with this account. But it is not reflected in my oppointment details.Rather it shows me some messages like below.

I am facing issue with my profile. The transcript or credentials under my learn profile doesn't show my completed certifications. So I couldn't share with anyone my achievements. Whenever I click on Connect certification profile .I am getting this error as attached. But it was working correctly before but suddenly not sure. Please help!
