Hi Team,

The data source, we have is D365 F and O and I am trying to connect from Azure Synapse using Linked service to D365 QA instance by entering URL, Client ID and Client secret. But When I try to test the connection, I am receiving the below error.
"Input Payload is invalid, validation result - '["Connector or activity name: D365_AzureSynapse, connector or activity type: Dynamics, error: The domain of this endpoint is not in allow list. Original endpoint: 'VVVVVV-qa.sandbox.operations.dynamics.com'"]'

    Hi Thanuja,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Do you have dataverse system admin role or what role does it have currently?

Check Allow List: Review the configuration of the endpoint to ensure that the domain from which the request is originating is included in the allow list. If it's not included, you'll need to add it to the allow list.

Network Configuration: Verify that there are no network issues preventing the request from reaching the endpoint. Firewalls, proxies, or other network configurations could be blocking the request.

    • Ensure your domain is in the allow list for the specified endpoint.
    • Verify that your connector configuration is correct.
    • Review any error messages or logs to pinpoint the issue.
    • Both the storage account and Synapse workspace must be created in the same Microsoft Entra tenant.
    • To set Enabled from selected virtual networks and IP addresses for linked storage account and workspace, you must create an Azure Synapse Link with managed identities.

Some other common issues and troubleshooting steps.
