Can't log into my account via PowerPoint

Anyone else having this problem?

I can't log into Microsoft via PowerPoint. When I press login and enter my email address it asks for authentication (via my fingerprint scanner).

After that it just hangs. Just a white box.

Any help would be appreciated as I simply can't log in.

In addition to the fingerprint verification method, does this issue also occur with password method?

Besides, please sign into the portal: www.office.com for a check.

If this issue only occur with Office applications, you may go to Credential Manager> Windows Credentials, remove the related credentials of the account.

You may also perform an Online Repair for Office from Control Panel.
