There are a few things you can try to resolve this issue:
- Check your internet connection: Make sure your device is connected to the internet and that there are no connectivity issues.
- Check your firewall settings: Ensure that your firewall is not blocking the activation server. You can temporarily disable your firewall and try activating Windows again.
- Use the phone activation method: If the above steps do not work, you can try activating Windows using the phone activation method.
- Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Activation.
Under Activate Windows Now section, select Activate by Phone.
Select your location (or the location nearest to you) from the drop-down list, and then select Next.
Call one of the available phone numbers listed. An automated system will guide you through the activation process.
- If you're not able to complete activation successfully, you will be connected to Microsoft support for your region and country.
