This answer is no good, you cannot put a ticket in with Microsoft, it is impossible. There is no selection you can pick that actually lets you submit a ticket, it just gives you garbage KB answers.

@Michael W. Foote Sorry for the inconvenience. When you get the UI with KB instructions to follow, at the bottom of the page, click on "return to support request" and then follow the instructions to create a support ticket.
