How to access table data from Dataverse using Cloud only account

I am writing python API to read table data from Dataverse.
We have a cloud only account, Is there any way to achieve this through dataverse web API using the cloud only account credentials.
If possible can anybody share the script and required parameter details to generate the token and access the data?
