How to fix microsoft word mailing

How can I change the mail adres where I send my microsoft wordt email (bulk mail). I changed the account setting so that my standaard account is de mail adress I would like to send from , but that doesnt work

Based on my tests, the email sender in Word Mailing is related to the Primary Account in your Outlook profile.

So, I suggest you create a new profile in Outlook.

• Go to Outlook > File > Account Settings > Change Profile > Cilic "OK" toc lose Outlook.
• Re-lauch Outlook > Options > New > Name it, then enter the mail account that you need.

Use Outlook with this profile. You can also switch back to the original profile later.
