Hi Archie Locke,
According to your description. This problem can occur for one or more of the following reasons:
- Corrupted items in the user's Calendar
- Corrupted custom views
- Corrupted navigation pane settings
I suggest you can follow the steps below to solve the problem:
1.Run the Outlook Calendar Check tool (CalCheck). To do so, follow the steps below:
(1) Download and install the Calendar Check tool for Outlook.
(2) Open a command prompt window and run the following command at the command prompt:
calcheck -f -r
(3) Review the items marked by CalCheck. If you no longer need them, delete them.
2.Exit Outlook (if it is running) and then do the following.
(1) Select "Start", type " outlook /resetnavpane " in the search box, and then press Enter.
(2) Select "Start", type " outlook /cleanviews " in the search box, and then press Enter.
3.Launch the web version of Outlook and try accessing the calendar again.
Finally, I would like to ask you if you can access the shared calendar normally through the OWA html link until you update 2016 CU23?
