One Drive stuck on spinning sign in for AVD machines

Question

When users connect to AVD one drive tries to automatically sign in but just stays on signing in. if we quit one drive and then try open it again, nine times out of ten it won't work. We remove the one drive credentials from credential manager but that does not work either. It would be nice is the AVD user could have one drive log in when they log in, but if not how can we set it so that it does not automatically try logging in.
