No puedo editar ningún documento de Office

Hola,

Tengo mi licencia activada en Microsoft 365, pero al usar un MacOs, con un sistema Sonoma 14.4, no me deja editar, ni menos usar cualquier programa (Office), y me señala el siguiente mensaje: "Vista solo. Renueve Microsoft 365 para crear y editar". Esto es imposible, porque puedo acceder a Microsoft 365 y entrar a todos las aplicaciones.

¿Qué podría estar afectando?

If your account has the license for Microsoft Office desktop apps, please try following steps:

• Open any Office app such as Word> Sign out from the Word app> Quit all Office app.
• Go to the Finder> Applications> Utilities> Keychain Access> Remove the Identities related to Microsoft Office.
• Restart your Mac> Re-open any Office app such as Word> Sign in with this account to activate Office apps.

If these steps do not work, use License Removal tool to remove the Office license files on the Mac; reference: How to remove Office license files on a Mac (microsoft.com)
