Accidentally Deleted Etsy Account

Hello,

I accidentally deleted my Etsy account from my Authenticator app. I have TFA on my Etsy account, so each time I try to sign in, after entering my email and password, I'm asked to enter an Authenticator code, which I can't get because the Etsy account is gone.

I've tried to add Etsy again, but I need a QR code to do so, which I also don't have. Etsy customer service is no help because they're asking me for the last 4 digits of my billing card and bank account and I have no idea. I have a lot of cards and have given them the last 4 of all of them. But they won't accept them.

How can I regain access to this account?

In the absence of a backup for restoration, the sole recourse is to utilize the account recovery methods provided by each service provider. The Microsoft Authenticator functions solely as a code generator.
