- Ensure that the certificate is installed correctly on the server.
- Verify that the certificate is trusted by the client computer.
- Update the RDP client: Make sure the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) client on your Windows 11 computer is updated to the latest version.
- Whether Windows has been updated to the latest version, if not, try to update. Start > Settings > Windows Update
