Hi Team,

Myself and several other colleagues are encountering a server remote access issue following the upgrade to Windows 11. The error message persists, and it's impeding our workflow.

Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

    1. Check that the server authentication certificate is valid and has not expired.
    2. Ensure that the certificate is installed correctly on the server.
    3. Verify that the certificate is trusted by the client computer.
    4. Update the RDP client: Make sure the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) client on your Windows 11 computer is updated to the latest version.
    5. Whether Windows has been updated to the latest version, if not, try to update. Start  > Settings  > Windows Update

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian
