Yesterday I posted a question, and it was deleted. also, they close (egomezr@outook.com) my primary account, this is my university account.
The automatic deletion was likely related to a false positive with spam detection. You are correct that URLs are permitted in postings.
I cannot answer about the closed Outlook account, you will need to reach out to account support to remedy that issue.
I will however, go and see if I can find your other post that was deleted and undelete it as that will also help inform the spam detection process that was a false positive.
