    Hello Raviprasath

This issue may be a result of a glitch or error in the system. To resolve it, you can try the following steps:

    1. Restart the device: Sometimes a simple restart can fix minor glitches and errors. Turn off the device, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
    2. Update the compliance policies: Check and ensure that all compliance policies assigned to the device are up to date. Update any outdated policies or add any missing ones.
    3. Re-assign compliance policies: Try re-assigning the compliance policies to the device. Sometimes re-assigning can refresh the system and correct any errors.
    4. Check the device's settings: Verify that the device settings are correctly configured to meet the compliance requirements. Make any necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
    5. Contact technical support: If the issue persists, contact your organization's technical support team for further assistance. They may be able to troubleshoot the problem and provide a solution.

@Raviprasath Sakthivel, Thanks for posting in Q&A.

For your issue, please check the following.

1.You need to change this setting from the default setting, Compliant to Not Compliant, to make sure that all of your devices need to have a compliance policy assigned. Otherwise, you could end up having a device that does not meet your company its compliance requirements but could still access the Microsoft 365 Data.

2.When creating additional compliance policies, make sure you are targeting users and not devices.

3.There may be multiple users on the computer, please be sure just one account left on this computer.

4.Try to sync with Intune to check whether the device can be compliant.

Please check above information, if there is any update, feel free to let us know.
