    Hi,

Event ID 1074 is logged when the user initiates a windows system restart or shutdown through Ctrl + Alt + Delete and clicks on Shut Down.

I guess you want to put server into maintenance mode when it restarts or shutdown.

SCOM is designed to detect server status, so it does what it's supposed to do.

If you feel that there are a large number of noise alert, please consider planning your reboot and configuring maintenance windows in advance.

For noise alert, we could bulk resolved the alerts in console.

how to pass the argument or parameter value
