How to connect Azure DevOps from Azure global (https://dev.azure.com/) to Azure China https://www.azure.cn/

How to connect Azure DevOps from Azure Global (https://dev.azure.com/) to Azure China https://www.azure.cn/

We have an account in Global Azure and have AzureDevOps with all Ci/CD.

We need to move/copy some resources to Azure China. Is it possible to connect our Azure DevOps with China Azure and use CI/CD for deployment?
