Unexpected charge on a free account request refund not working

As a noob I was charged for a service that I never approved nor knew was going to be charged and every time I request a refund it does not work. Need assistance to resolve and receive the refund.

    Hi @Gantler ,

    the only option I can see is to request a refund by contacting the Azure support for clarification.

    Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.
