The Microsoft 365 E5 administrator account cannot be logged in. Are there any other solutions?

I turned on two-step verification for my account, and the Microsoft Authenticator used to authenticate the account was unexpectedly reset. There was no other verification method, and I couldn't log in. And this account is the only administrator account of the organization. Are there any other solutions?

Since this account is the only Global Administrator in the tenant, you need to contact the Data Protection team for assistance.
