Can't find Subscription ID

I've received several "your credit card has expired" and "your account is past due" emails referring to a Pay-As-You-Go Subscription ID that, when I log into Azure, I can't find. I only have a single directory so I can't switch and the only PAYG sub I have I disabled some time ago.

Nothing I've tried shows me the specific Sub ID and there's no way (that I've found) to search for the ID number.

Any insight would be appreciated.

    Hello Todd Scheven,

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community Q&A support.

I understand that you are not able to see the subscription in your tenant.

One of the things to look out for is to check if you are authenticating to a wrong tenant. This might be a result of a dual account (having a work or school account and a guest account) attached to the same email. Authenticating to a wrong tenant might prevent you from seeing your subscription. Check this by using an Incognito tab.

If this is not the case and you are sure the subscription should be in the tenant, it might be because you do not have access on the subscription. You can elevate your access if you are the global administrator in the tenant. This will give you coverage on all the subscriptions in the tenant. You can do this by going to the Microsoft Entra ID blade, click on properties and toggle the settings to Yes.

Let me know if further assistance is required.

    Hi,

I can help you find the subscription id, open your azure account and in your PowerShell follow the command below mentioned in image.

    asd

If this helped kindly accept the answer thanks much.

Thanks for the reply but it simply shows the existing subscriptions I can already see in the Azure Portal.

I have the Subscription ID. Is there a way to search Azure using the Subscription ID?
