renew certification expiration

Question

I have the following exam that expires on July 14, 2024.

Microsoft Certification: Azure Database Administrator Associate

now I see the text "Extend to "July 14, 2025.

I don't undenstand when I must renew the certification

can you help?

The Certifications tab has been relocated under Credentials. You can access your Certifications tab directly via the following link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/credentials?tab=credentials-tab

Under each certification, select "View certification details," then click the Print button above your certificate. Choose "Save as PDF" and, under More settings, uncheck Headers and footers, etc.   Pearson VUE Support:
