How can I tell what hardware causing this?

1.can we run below command in command prompt(open as admin)then check if it can find and solve system file issue?
sfc scannow
dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

2.can you enter winver in command prompt on issue server and look the os version and os version number ?[for example windows 10 enterprise 1809 (os build 17763.316)]

3.is there more related log information about fault time on issue server.

4.what's model of your issue server ?
is there hardware diagnostics running on your physical server to chekc the hardware health ?
