Yesterday I got a notification regarding new update, after installation I noticed that few programs arr not working properly so I decided to rollback to previos version. After restart im stuck with boot loop saying "Restoring your previous version of Windows" and pc restarts every 10-20 minutes.
Only way to trigger the Automatic Repair is by using bootable usb with windows 10 on it.
All restore points were deleted due to new windows version.
What are my options?

Windows 10

    @JohnSt
    Hi,

    This issue can be caused by a failed Windows update.
    On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB.
    Restarting windows while its doing anything to do with a restore isn't a good move.
    Getting to safe mode from USB is inconsistent, sometimes the star up options menu is there, sometimes it isn't. Here are the instructions so you can try:

    boot from installer, on 2nd screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install
    choose troubleshoot
    choose advanced
    choose start up options
    hit the restart button
    choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
    Pc will restart and load safe mode

    Hope above information can help you.
