    Hi @Crespo, Kaitlyn ,
Did you mean you want to recovery the unsaved file in Excel 2007?
First, please make sure you have enable the option AutoRecover:

    1. Click Excel's "Office" button and then click "Excel Options."
    2. Click "Save" to view the Excel Options window that lets you set program options.
    3. Place a check mark in the "Save AutoRecovery Information Every" check box. Type a value, such as "10," in the Minutes text box; this value determines how often Excel saves your data.

If the option is enabled, you can try this method to check if you can find the unsaved file:

    1. Launch Excel after a crash. The program displays the Document Recovery pane containing up to three versions of a document that Excel recovered.
    2. Click the "Down" arrow next to a file that you want to recover to open a menu containing options.
    3. Click "Open" to view the document. If you'd rather save it instead, click "Save As," type a filename in the "Save As" text box, and click "Save." Delete a file you don't need by clicking “Delete.”

Try this method and check if this will help you.

Please NOTE: Office 2007 has reached the end of its support lifecycle, meaning there are no new security updates, non-security updates, free or paid assisted support options, or online technical content updates. Customers who are using Office 2007 products and services should move to Office 365 or upgrade to the most recent version of Office.

Replying April 2021 - Sounds like you accidentally minimized the worksheet.
