I can't sign in to the Microsoft Authenticator app

When I log in to my work account in the Microsoft Authenticator mobile app, I am prompted to enter a code that appears in the Microsoft Authenticator app. However, I cannot see the verification code because my company account is not registered on my mobile device.

If you choose the other method, you only have two options: use a verification code or send an authorization request to the Microsoft Authenticator app.

As expected, I cannot use either method because the company account is not registered on my mobile device.

    Have you configured a backup for this earlier? if so, you can restore it without any issues. If not, you will have to reach out to your IT admin/support team to reset your MFA and then with the new security code try to re-add the account.
