Is there a way to fix the frequent SSL errors in the lab platform?

I am trying to work through the AI Skills Challenge, but I am having heaps of problems with the lab platform with SSL errors.
Frequently when I try to go to portal.azure.com in the browser I am getting...
"The connection for this site is not secure
portal.azure.com sent an invalid response.
[Try running Windows Network Diagnostics].
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR"
Or...
"The connection for this site is not secure
login.microsoftonline.com sent an invalid response.
[Try running Windows Network Diagnostics].
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR"
I run the troubleshooter, and it doesn't make any difference.
The problem seems to be transient - some labs work straight away. Others don't work initially, but then start working. The lab I'm trying to complete at the moment - no joy at all. I've stopped and restarted the lab twice and I just can't get it going.

The error message you are seeing is related to SSL certificate validation. It seems that there is a problem with the certificate validation when you retrieve it from key vault.
One possible reason for this error could be that the certificate is not properly installed on your application gateway. You can check if the certificate is properly installed by following these steps:
- Go to your application gateway’s listener settings.
- Check if the certificate is properly installed and selected for use.
If the certificate is properly installed, then you may want to check if there are any issues with your key vault access policies or permissions. You can also try to retrieve the certificate manually from key vault using Azure CLI or PowerShell to see if there are any issues with your code.
You can also refer to the below linked Microsoft documentation for more information on how to troubleshoot SSL errors in Azure Application Gateway.
