Windows 10 Problem

Hi guys

i am having some problems with my windows 10 x64 version 1909 (build 18363.1198)

I am trying to delete a crashed installation of a program ( Discord ) folder on user\Appdata\local but it created again after deleting it and restart my PC and i keep getting the error of the installation in the startup of windows every time :| , i even deleted the .exe file of the program but no change
there is one more problem and that is my windows defender first it said managed by your organization and now after i changed the resurrection in registry and group policy it fixed but cant scan the PC and my Group policy changes revert to what was before
its like my laptop freezed by a software like DeepFreez :|

can someone help me out with this

    Hi,

    Try to uninstall Discord through Control Panel\Programs and features\uninstalled program instead of delete installation file.

    If you suspect some third party software make affection to Windows Defender, we could uninstall that software or boot computer into Clean Boot to check if the issue persists.

    Or we could reset computer through Settings\Update & Security\Recovery\Reset this PC, it will let you choose to keep personal data. It just reset system and uninstall all third party software, also it will not affect to your personal data.
