What type vm with GPU device and VT-X enabled?

Hello, everyone:
I want some vm instances with GPU device accelerate and enable nested virtualization,
But I don't know which specification of virtual machine meets this requirement.
Please give me any suggest, thanks a lot!!

    Here is the document which has list of VM sizes that support the nested virtualization and this document has the VM sizes that are GPU optimized.

    Based on this, there is no VM size that will support your ask of GPU with Nested Virtualization. Here is a similar issue for reference.
