    Hello,

To publish your application on the Microsoft Store, you need to create an account in the Microsoft Partner Center. Partner Center Workspaces

The Microsoft Partner Center consolidates various developer programs and platforms, allowing you to manage your apps across different Microsoft platforms (like Windows, Xbox, etc.) under one roof. So signing up for a Microsoft Partner Center account and enrolling in the Windows Developer Program within it is the correct path to publish your application to the Microsoft Store.
