As the title states, i have a secondary Microsoft account that my friend has logged into my PC but the Microsoft Store doesn't recognize the system requirements.

It shows that "Update the device to install" then all Architecture, Keyboard and Mouse cannot detect hardware.

What I'm confused about is that my Primary Microsoft account that's logged into my PC doesn't have this problem and shows "This product should work on this device"

My PC is;
Windows 10 Home
Version 1909
OS Build 18363.900

    Try to login system by a local admin account(not your friend’s MS account) then open Windows Store, login Store by your friend’s Microsoft account, check app’s installation requirements.
    You could remove the admin permission of the friend’s account on your won account.

    Well, thing seems to be a little hard…
    I suggest to in-place upgrade your system to the latest 20H2 version, this way can fix system related issue at once, include Store related issue. It’s easy to in-place upgrade 1909 Home to 20H2 home by Windows update assistant.

    If you don’t want to upgrade, reset Windows update components and re-register Windows Store apps are common methods.
