Error 0-2054 (0) when trying to install the Volume license version of Office 2021 LTSC Professional Plus on Windows 11

Hello,

We have an Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft and when I try to activate the Office 2021 LTSC Pro Plus using the ODT provided via the EA I get the below error:

This is on Windows 11, Could you please provide a solution to fix this issue?

Hi,

Have you installed other Office on the same computer device before?

Does the computer have a firewall or anti-virus software enabled? You can disable these and check to see if the installation is working properly.

If you have previously installed other versions of Office, it is recommended that you download the Office Support Tool to completely uninstall and then reinstall it according to the documentation:
