Creating an IOS app visual studio error

Trying to create a project and when I click create it pops up with an error and I can't seem ti find an answer as to why.
Any help please.

What's the VS version? Could you update the latest VS and check if the issue still exists?

2024-03-26T08:58:27.7833333+00:00 When I create a project, whether its a blank one or one of the templates, I get that error. Latest 2022 community. Only happens under the mobile, I have been using it previously for C# and no issues at all.
Yes it lets me create a console app.

2024-03-28T10:03:37.06+00:00 Unfortunately I can't do that because this is happening at the setup of the project.
So unless you can provide some other feedback where I can get this going, I have no idea. The project works fine for C#, but not for IOS/Mobile App.

2024-03-29T06:40:06.1766667+00:00 Creating a MAUI project is not necessary for reporting the problem. You can access the feedback tool from the menu of VS Help > Send Feedback > Report a Problem.
