How do I link my certificates with my work email address ?

Question

Today I pass AZ-104, but the certificate is linked to my private address and I like to link to my company address. Could you please help me to do that ?

go to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/settings and in Account Management you can link your private and work email addresses.

Below your certification, click View certification details, next click Print button above your certificate, select Save as PDF, under More settings uncheck Headers and footers, etc.
