I hace change My phone, and when I change My authenticator app, My account does not generate they approval code in the app, and I cannot access My application that require it.

go to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info choose the Security Info tab on the left side, and there you will see your sign-in methods, and among others, Authenticator should be listed. Delete the existing one, and then add a new one. I had the same problem when I factory reset my phone.

I did it twice and I have no code on my authenticator app.

I have other microsoft account but this one I cant config it. I cant work with my account and This is causing me problems.
If your default sign-in method is not set to Phone-Text, you can try to set it to Phone-Text and instead of Authenticator sing in method try to login with SMS. That setting is also on Security Info page. If that cannot work then contact your global admin to reset your MFA. And in the end there is IT Support and I am sure that they will help you.
