My authenticator app doesnt show any approve number

I hace change My phone, and when I change My authenticator app, My account does not generate they approval code in the app, and I cannot access My application that require it.

Hello Sebastian,

go to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info choose the Security Info tab on the left side, and there you will see your sign-in methods, and among others, Authenticator should be listed. Delete the existing one, and then add a new one. I had the same problem when I factory reset my phone.

go to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info and choose the Security Info tab on the left page. Then you will have listed sign-in methods and among the others, there should be your Microsoft Authenticator info. Delete the existing one, and add a new one. I had the same problem when I did factory reset my phone.

I did it twice and I have no code on my authenticator app.

I have other microsoft account but this one I cant config it. I cant work with my account and This is causing me problems.
