A application I'm using continues to tell me that I have an incorrect One-time password. How do I troubleshoot this in order to get access to my account?
Hi Greg, Microsoft Authenticator is able to generate OTP codes for more than one account at a time, so if you have more than one seed added it may be you are supplying wrong OTP code, or perhaps you only have the one seed on the app, but you added a different seed to another device/phone and again the issue is you are using the wrong seed (if this is the case you would need to generate the OTP code using the other device).
Another possibility is you may have a time drift issue. If so you may find the following guide helpful;

If you are using an authenticator app on a PC, then you may be able to resolve the issue by correcting time on the pc (the guide above covers that too).
