Software Center showing status installing for long time

Hi,

I am trying to install Feature Update to Windows 10 Versions 2004. I pushed for 2 clients. on the client-side, it is downloaded but showing status Installing for a very long time (2 days).

Can anyone guide me on how to check the issue and resolve it?

    You need to look at the client logs such as updatedeployment.log, setupact.log etc for further investigation.

    1.Could we know which way we use to install our software update?Do we install our software update from our DP,If we use the DP method,maybe we could check the content transfer manager.log to see the details of our download status.

    2.Focus on Windows Update.log first as it reflects the actual update installation by the Windows Update Agent.

    Under the Software Library-->Windows 10 Servicing-->All Windows 10 Updates, right clicked on the Feature update to Windows 10 (business editions), version 2004, en-us x64 and select Deploy option

    @Sajid Ali Shah to stop that first remove the system from collection and stop sms agent service. This will stop installation but make sure to remove system from that specific collection. Secondly when the upgrade data is downloaded if its for Task Sequence make sure install.wim is available in that data source.
