How to update my phone number while scheduling my exam?

Question

I could not able to update my phone number while am trying to schedule for my Azure DP-203 certification exam.

Currently am living in Canada. Kindly advise what value i need to provide for the below fields:

1. Area Code
2. Phone number - (it is saying invalid while updating my 10 digit mobile number?
