Unbale to create resources through Azure CLI & prompting resource quota in multiple seperate regions

Hi Team,
Presently I am learning & preparing for AZ-104 exam and as a part of that continuously learning & performing hands-on in my free subscription . But today when try to spin up resources like Application Gateway Ingress controller & Azure Kubernetes service in one region it's showing resource quotation .
I also tried out to separate locations but the issue remains same . Please assist me .

2024-03-26T07:05:42.8566667+00:00 I can able to spin up resources through Console , then what is the issue through CLI in my local Ubuntu terminal . I am spinning up resources from scratch by creating a resource group .

I understand that you are able to spin up resources via Azure Portal, however, using Azure CLI gives you quota error.- Can you share the exact error and the exact resource you are trying to deploy along with the Azure CLI commands please.
- Also, you can refer to this site to make sure you are actually not running into quota limits

If your template creates resources that exceed your Azure quotas, you might get the following error:
Code=OperationNotAllowed Message=Operation results in exceeding quota limits of Core. Maximum allowed: 4, Current in use: 4, Additional requested: 2.Or, you might see this error:
Code=ResourceQuotaExceeded Message=Creating the resource of type <resource-type> would exceed the quota of <number> resources of type <resource-type> per resource group. The current resource count is <number>, please delete some resources of this type before creating a new one.Quotas are applied per resource group, subscriptions, accounts, and other scopes. For example, your subscription might be configured to limit the number of vCPUs for a region.
Please use following steps to address this issue:
- Check Your Current Usage and Limits: Check current quotas in Azure Portal "Usage + quotas"
- Request a Quota Increase: Request a quota increase directly from the Azure portal. Go to "Subscriptions", select your subscription, and then navigate to "Usage + quotas"
