Not getting Advanced permissions settings option on sharepoint site.

Question

To give the azure enterprise applications read permissions to SharePoint site.

Steps:- -Assign the necessary permissions to the App Registration in SharePoint Online

SharePoint Online site. > Site permissions > Advanced permissions settings

Grant permissions > Select Users > client_id@tenant_id

however i can not see advanced permission settings option to grant permission on sharepoint site.

Please note:Added myself as owner and site admin.

According to Manage your SharePoint site settings, If you are a site owner, you will see a link for Advanced permission settings where you can configure additional SharePoint permission settings(Please follow the method in the picture below to view). 

Please change the browser and try again then check with the other owners if they can see the Advanced permission settings?
