I have lost credentials to access azure, how to restore it ?

Hi Team,
Hope you are doing well,
I have lost the login credentials for azure which I signup for free trail, I have linked phone number, when I try to use this phone number, I ll get error "Try entering your microsoft again, We don't recognize this one". Kindly request you to assist me on this.

Thanks for quick response, I tried, as you mentioned above, I used private tab and used 00-xxx-xxx-xxx instead of + symbol country code and even tried adding 0 prefix to phone, does not work, I am getting same error. We couldn't find an account with that username. Try another, or get a new Microsoft account.
