What should I do if Onenote PC version cannot synchronize with mobile devices?

I use Onenote 2016 and have been using it very well before. Every time I modify the content of Onenote on my computer, it can be synchronized to my phone and iPad.

Recently, it has been discovered that modifications made on the computer cannot be synchronized to the phone and iPad, and modifications made on the phone or iPad cannot be synchronized to the computer.

    Did you sign in the same account?

    I suggest you try to sign out account from PC and mobile device, re-sign in and sync again.
