The Andrew Neutral voice is not as good as it used to be.

I would like to know if there have been any changes to the current Andrew voice compared to the previous Andrew voice. I noticed that the voice has been changed. I can provide you with two audio files, one with the new voice and one with the old voice, for you to compare. I need assistance as soon as possible.

    Looks like there is a similar issue which has been raised couple of weeks ago and the team has fixed this: https://github.com/Azure-Samples/cognitive-services-speech-sdk/issues/2208

    This might be one of the reasons you are experiencing this. Please go through this and if you still feel it's an issue, I will request you to raise hereby under "New issues" : https://github.com/Azure-Samples/cognitive-services-speech-sdk/issues
