Have you reviewed this document to trigger your Timmer trigger function app and did you face any issue?

Please make sure that you are passing the x-functions-key and Content-Type as the Header in your request and not as query parameters. You could observe 403 issue if you are not passing the x-functions-key value correctly as header in your request. You need to pass _master key of your function app. I have tested the same at my end and didn't face any issue.
