Hello Team,

I want to apply limit to outbound email in EOP anti-spam outbound.
however, before apply any limit, I need to know the top senders, which account could be affected.

I need something to help me to define the right value, should I put 500, 2,000 or 5,000, before apply any limit, I would like to know how to avoid affect the service in our organization.

You can use the Top senders report: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/reports-email-security?view=o365-worldwide#top-senders-and-recipients-report

It shows data on a weekly basis, so if you need something more granular, you can build your own version of the report based on message trace data or the data from Get-MailDetailATPReport cmdlet.
