Azure Database for MySQL flexible server stuck in "Updating" state

Good afternoon,
We are having problems with our MySql flexible server, last March 22nd it started to be slow, we upgraded it yesterday afternoon and at this moment it is stuck in the "update" state (26 March), we appreciate if you can help us.
The server is stuck, won't start, won't stop, won't update, won't replicate.
