I am trying to restore the Authenticator entry for my Azure/0365 admin/owner account which was corrupted and then lost in the Authenticator app when I switched phones. I have the 0365 password, the recovery key and the initial 2FA setup code... but when I try to create the new entry in Authenticator app, I am prompted for the setup code and the URL... how do I find the correct auth set-up URL for my domain?
