Azure Front Door - Redirection is not working in some browsers

I am trying to create a redirection rule which would redirect users to https://www.example.com when they type "example.com" (not http://example.com or anything else) in the browser's address bar. It is working in some browsers but it is not working on multiple browser and OS combinations.

It is not working on at least these browsers:

Chrome on Android (working in Chrome on iOS)
Firefox (everywhere)
Chrome on some Windows machines

Any idea why this is happening?

I understand that you are trying to configure URL Redirection from "yoursite.com" to "www.yoursite.com" with Match request as redirection protocol.

May I ask if your AFD has a custom domain "yoursite.com" added to it?

Also, is "www.yoursite.com" is added to this same AFD or is it a different service?

If it is added to this same AFD, is it using the same Origin Group or a different Origin group?
