I use outlook to shared my calendar to a few people. However some of the them can't open it. It shows "The sharing message is not valid, or the data has expired. Please request the originator to send a new sharing invite" We all are in same domain and time zone, M365 exchange server. I try to restart pc, recreate outlook profile,double check the permission, resend the invite email to shared, but nothing change. How can i fix it?

I try to expain my step.

I open outlook,then I choose canlendar,then I input the email address and send.I have checked the permission.but doesn;t help.It show error when recipients open.

I notice that some user can open the shared calendar but some others can't, and the screenshot you provide only show one user, please provide the screenshot of the permissions that you assign to all users.

It's suggested that you could try to add the user's account to the computer of other users who doesn't have the issue to check if there're any differences.

Hi @Leo ,

Please try the following:

In the Sharing invitation, select the To button. The Select names window opens.

In the Address, select Global Address List.

In the Search box, type the recipient's name.

Select the recipient to whom you want to send the invitation, and then select To.

Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each internal Exchange recipient to whom you want to send the invitation.

Select OK, and then select Send.
