    Hello

Here are some potential solutions that might help:

Run Game in High-Performance Mode: Ensure that your PC is running in high-performance mode.

Update the Graphics Driver: An outdated or corrupted graphics driver can cause game crashes. Make sure your graphics driver is up-to-date.

Close Unnecessary Background Running Applications: Some applications running in the background may interfere with the game.

Reinstall the Microsoft Visual C++: Corrupted Microsoft Visual C++ installations can cause issues with games.

Verify Integrity of Game Files: You can do this through Steam. Right-click Elden Ring in your Steam library, select Properties, go to the Local Files tab, and click on "Verify integrity of game files".

Turn Off In-Game Overlay: Some in-game overlays can cause issues with games.

Replace DLL Files: If the DirectX files get corrupted, you might encounter a white screen crash. You can try replacing the D3D12.dll and D3D12Core.dll files in the Elden Ring directory with the ones from C:\Windows\System32.

Please try these steps and see if they resolve your issue.
