Automatically updating a Teams calendar based on meeting invites

Dear

I'm trying to make something work on a Calendar that is on our Teams channel. This calendar can also be viewed on the web and is hosted on SharePoint.

If I send out meeting invites to the team, I would like to also forward these invites to the calendar. This was if a meeting invite gets changed and a meeting is rescheduled it is also automatically rescheduled on the calendar on the Teams channel. Can I forward this mail to a mail address or something similar so that these things get automatically added to the calendar?

Note this calendar is just an add-in on the Teams channel and is not connected to the calendar of my actual team, and this should stay like this. I just want the functionality to be able to automatically add and reschedule meetings and so that they are visible on the calendar on our Teams channel.

Can anyone help me figure this out?

Kind regards

Scout

    Hi @Scout Van den Bergh

Do you want to integrate the channel calendar with the group calendar (automatically add it to the channel calendar whenever a team meeting is created)?

I'm afraid that feature is currently unavailable, the channel calendar has nothing to do with the Microsoft Group calendar so you can't do any integration, it only works for channels and there is no central calendar that reflects all meetings for all channels.

To get this feature more quickly, you can send a feedback directly to Microsoft Feedback to add it in future updates.

Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.

Thanks for your understanding and support.
