Is there any current downtime on API Management services?

Hi, is there any current downtime on API Management services? We are trying to deploy APIM on a Consumption Plan on the West Europe region and while using Terraform we're getting the following error:

"status":"Failed","error":{"code":"ActivationFailed","message":"Unable to activate API service at this time. This could be temporary issue in the region. Please check https://aka.ms/azurestatus for any issues. If the issue persists after retry, please open a support case for your API management service using the Azure portal.Please provide correlationId ee0b94b3-ba9b-9215-d754-6576a9913139 and TimeStamp 3/27/2024 9:08:09 AM."}}.

Also tried to provision the resource using the Azure Portal and the deployment took 23 minutes. We first noticed this behavior yesterday at around 16:30 PM GMT +2 and it's still ongoing. Thanks!

    @Robert Boseanu Thanks for reaching out. Sorry for the inconvenience caused by the above issue. I verified the backend logs and could see the request failing with below exception.

    Message": "{"error": {"code":"InternalServerError","message": "Request processing failed due to internal error.", "details":null}}", "Authentication": "Missing certificate"\r\n}

    Could you please re-try and if issue persists, I would suggest you raising the support ticket to know the RCA, Do you have Support Plan? If so, I would recommend creating one. Otherwise let me know, I can create one time request for you. Let me know if any other questions.
